Street Mime

Okay, so I was leaving Palm Springs Saturday afternoon (Alright, I made a small stop at the outlet mall) when suddenly it started to snow. . .Wow, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Traffic was almost completely stopped on the 10 West for about an hour. Anyway the CUE Conference was cold but enjoyable (although, I'm sure Eddie Money wished he had "Two Tickets to Paradise" instead of a cheesy outdoor concert in the rain Friday night). It seemed that blogging, podcasting, and the new iLife suite was all the rage.

This week in class we will be continuing to foster our own personal relationships with Task Stream. Trust me, you will come to love the ease at which you will be accessing "yourbrary" and creating rubrics and lesson plans. . .Okay, it may take awhile.

Due This Week:
Inspiration, Journal Assignment 1. Please don't try and do all of the journals on Friday morning . . .you'll be sorry.

This Week's Journal Article: Journal number 7 will also come from the latest issue of L&L: March 2006, Vol. 33 No 6. The article, "Digital Citizenship at all Grade Levels" by Mike Ribble and Gerald Bailey, begins on page 26. If you don't have the journal, then download the Learning Connections PDF; it's the first article.

We will also begin a copyright assignment and perhaps the Photoshop assignment. Hope everyone is still having fun . . .it's only two weeks until Spring Break!!
